GOOD NEWS!!! I receive a LOT of meditations through the internet from people wanting my opinions on them, to people wanting me to publish a meditation or two. Which is WONDERFUL! It just goes to show that meditation is going on all around us. One of those people, Alex, sent me a short 5 minute meditation on stress and anxiety.
