Everyday Thankfulness

1. A good comedy.
2. Something campy.
3. Quiet.
4. Music.
5. Good conversation.
6. Meeting new people.
7. Helping people.
8. Anything chocolate.
I know it’s a little early in the year to be talking about “a few of my favorite things”.  But it’s never too early or too late to be grateful for the little things in life that bring us joy.  So what are a few of YOUR favorite things?  I encourage you to sound off below.  And even if your favorite things aren’t suitable for public consumption, I encourage you to take a moment to thank the Universe for bringing you little joys everyday.  In fact, let’s do it together.  As part of our daily spiritual practice let’s write down things that we’re thankful for.  Each day I commit to sharing at least one thing I’m thankful for.  Feel free to join me in this endeavor by commenting below what you’re thankful for everyday, or keeping your own private journal of thankfulness.  Either way, I encourage us all to take a moment each day to thank the Universe for the blessings that have come our way.  I look forward to reading what you have to say.

Today’s BEST. THING. EVER!!!

Today’s BEST. THING. EVER!!! As most of you know if you follow my podcast, music always and forever will be my first love. It touches me in ways that no other art medium ever can. So this story really touches my heart. I had no idea it was going on in Atlanta back in September or else I would have already featured it on my page. But apparently it’s a yearly thing so maybe next year I’ll feature it while it’s still going on.
Anyway, check out this article and then go to pianosforpeace.org to find out how you can get involved. *sigh* I miss music. But I can still enjoy music through the creativity and passion of other people. Check it out:
